Working Process

Feeding: The material to be screened is fed into the drum through the feeding port.

Screening: Start the motor and reducer to drive the drum to rotate at low speed on the support frame. The material continuously flips and rolls inside the drum, with materials smaller than the sieve aperture falling through the sieve, and materials larger than the sieve aperture remaining inside the drum to continue flipping and rolling.

Discharge: After a certain period of screening, materials smaller than the sieve aperture are discharged through the discharge port, completing the screening process. Meanwhile, materials larger than the sieve aperture are also discharged from the other side of the drum.

Cleaning and maintenance: After each use, it is necessary to clean and maintain the drum screening machine to ensure the cleanliness and integrity of the equipment.
